- Check-in time is after 3 P.M. EST and Checkout time is by 11 A.M. EST.  
- no smoking inside the cottage.
- sorry, we do not allow pets at this time.
- You must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation.
-  A $200 security deposit is required for a reservation, but is not included as part of the payment. The deposit is not refundable upon cancellation within 15 days of the reserved dates, however, will be returned by mail after your stay, barring damage or loss.
-  If paying by check, balance of payment is due 15 days prior to the reserved dates. If paying with cash, balance is due upon arrival.
